These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between I Manage Services Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the client (“you,” “your”) for the provision of residential or commercial cleaning services. By booking our services, you agree to the following:
1. Services Provided
1.1 We offer cleaning services as described on our website or in your service agreement, including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialty services.
1.2 We reserve the right to refuse any job that poses health or safety risks.
2. Scheduling & Access
2.1 Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or previous jobs.
2.2 You are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time.
2.3 If cleaners are unable to access the property, the appointment may be marked as a lock-out, and a fee may apply.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 Prices are based on the service type, property size, and condition.
3.2 Payment is due [at time of booking / upon completion / as invoiced].
3.3 Additional charges may apply for:
Excessive dirt, clutter, or pet waste
Specialty requests
Parking fees or permits
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
4.1 To cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least [48/24] hours’ notice.
4.2 Cancellations with less notice may incur a [percentage or fixed] cancellation fee.
4.3 Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged at 100% of the service fee.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
5.1 If you are not satisfied with any part of the cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours.
5.2 We will return to re-clean the disputed area at no cost.
5.3 Refunds are not provided for services that have already been rendered.
6. Health & Safety
6.1 Our cleaners are trained to use safe cleaning products and equipment.
6.2 We do not clean hazardous materials, including but not limited to:
Mold
Bodily fluids
Animal waste
Insect or rodent infestations
6.3 For safety reasons, cleaners will not use ladders higher than [two/three] steps or move heavy furniture.
7. Property & Breakage
7.1 We take care while cleaning your home, but accidents may occur.
7.2 Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of service completion.
7.3 We reserve the right to repair or replace items at our discretion.
7.4 We are not responsible for items that are already damaged, fragile, or improperly secured.
8. Pets
8.1 Pets must be secured during the cleaning appointment.
8.2 We are not responsible for pet escape, injury, or stress during the service.
9. Privacy & Confidentiality
9.1 All client information is kept strictly confidential.
9.2 Photos may be taken for quality assurance or training but will never be shared without your consent.
10. Right to Refuse Service
We may refuse or discontinue service for:
Disrespectful or unsafe behavior
Hazardous working conditions
Excessively unsanitary environments
11. Liability
11.1 We hold general liability and/or bonding insurance as required by law.
11.2 We are not liable for:
Normal wear and tear
Pre-existing damage
Loss of valuables not secured by the client
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or provided upon request.
